JS1: Invitation to interview with either Jessica Soban (Admissions Dean) or another interviewer, presumably switching to KJ1 as JS has left her position.
KJ1b(JS1b): A phone call from Jessica Soban, generally later in the process, clarifying continued interest in attending Harvard Law. Often goes to people who have been held or waitlisted.
KJW(JSW): Being placed on the Harvard waitlist.
KJ2(JS2): A call from Jessica Soban (or other admissions staff) offering admittance to Harvard Law School.

Though that this is the case probably makes me a pretty good ad for taking LSL/old site's advice, since I first went there considering attending UTK with a cold LSAT score.

Harvard's class is so big, and its 25/50/75 so high, that it'd take more than a hot LSAT year for them to make a significant move. They probably used all the extra bandwidth at 170+ to focus on other institutional priorities (GPA median, for instance, obviously benefited).
