Working in Australian office of US biglaw firm

I’ve seen that a few offices in Melbourne and Sydney hire US attorneys. I’ve considered this move for a while but resources aren’t that common. Like most international work it’s mostly cap markets, but curious to hear about career progression, work/life, the transition, etc.

No, though I only interviewed with one firm and was rejected and kinda gave up after that. Idk if I could do cap markets and I got nervous about future prospects.
