Book to prepare for inhouse gig?

Post by AnonymousPotato » Sat Aug 07, 2021 12:14 pm

I recently accepted an offer to go inhouse at a company. I'm making a career pivot as an employment litigator. Any good practice tips or general guide book recommendation for inhouse/employment inhouse would be appreciated.

What will your job be? Are you going to work on employment matters mostly?

OP here. Yes. I will be inhouse counsel for employment matters. I am sort of looking for a refresher since I'll be taking some time off in between jobs.

Don’t you have handbooks or guides in your industry that you use as references or guides?
