so, how bout that proposed 35 usc 101

I have mixed feelings on it myself, on the one hand I think the supreme court has stretched quite a lot by adding those exceptions, but on the other hand I feel like this new one makes waaay too many things patentable (like possibly isolated sections of naturally occuring dna)

Late response, but similar feelings. All I know is that Alice is a dogshit 101 framework and needs to be fixed.
