I didn’t go to any of these schools, but I can offer general advice.

How much debt would you take on at each school?

What are your stats? LSAT, grades, etc.?

I recommend that you not attend any of these schools if you are taking on debt.

Also, it’s November - how is the deadline approaching quickly? It shouldn’t be until the spring.

there are many older students on this board, and with science backgrounds. i myself started law school at 28 with a science undergrad. i would not recommend you going to any of these schools, even for free.

what's your GPA/LSAT and what are your career goals?

I have a good friend who went to New England School of law. She ended up fighting to get her old paralegal gig back after graduating and never worked as a lawyer.

I'd spend some time looking at law school transparency and deciding if you're comfortable with the odds: https://www.lawschooltransparency.com/

The schools on your list have very poor job outcomes and bar passage rates. Assuming you do get a job as an attorney after graduating from one of these schools, you'll be pretty limited to working in those states/areas, which I can't recommend if you haven't even visited those areas before. Please don't go to any of those schools. Keep working at whatever job you're working at now, and study very hard for an LSAT retake if you truly want to be a lawyer.

Let's take Ave Maria as an example. 21.2% of 1Ls failed out. Of the people who did manage to graduate from law school, only 66% passed the bar exam. And only 36.4% of the class of 2019 graduates are employed in full-time, long-term legal jobs. You should absolutely not go to a school like that - no one should.

Thank you all for the reply. Deadline for one school is Dec 1. Another is two weeks away. These are for Spring Admissions. I was hoping to speak to someone who might know the areas. I am fortunate, I will not have debt. Thanks again!
Why won’t you have debt? Scholarship? Independently wealthy parents?

IMHO, If you’re using GI bill, definitely don’t use it on these schools. Go use your GI bill for a much better LS or some other type of grad school.

GI bill is so flexible and I’d hate to see you use it on Ave Maria and the like.
