I think lawyers are just broken because even when sick I still feel bad about missing work and end up doing some from home anyway. (I don't work in biglaw and can freely take a sick day w/o consequence but still end up working)

I don’t know, I think that’s on you. If I’m sick I stay home and be sick and don’t work.
