Re: BREAKING: June 2020 LSAT -> LSAT-Flex

Do you know if they are just doubling what you would get on the LR section? Or are they going to match percentile scores on this administration to whatever the experimental bands were? If they're not doubling the LR score, I recommend studying more for reading comp and logic games as those will be ...

BREAKING: June 2020 LSAT -> LSAT-Flex

So, looks like I'll be taking the test in my pj's! Can anyone explain how/if having 1 less section (3 35-min scored, 1 experimental) will impact scores? I guess not since everything is curved but it still feels weird. Email: Dear Mr. Binks, We hope this email finds you safe and healthy during this c...

Re: Score decline?

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but the score drop could have been the result of happenstance, different tests, different environment, less studying, etc. Many people who eventually score 17x start out in the 150-160 range so you're in a good place. Spend a few hours every day for three o...

Re: Spivey Consulting Q&A with Adcoms from Yale, Harvard, Penn, Chicago etc.

Hi team Spivey, Can the upcoming financial crisis have an impact on law schools? People tend to go to grad school in times of economic crisis, and I was wondering if we could expect the next cycles to be extra competitive. Thanks! +1. Also curious to know whether any recent changes or trends have i...

Score decline?

Tested just under 160 without much studying, now PTing at 150, 153.

Khan Academy says I'll have no problem reaching my goal score if I keep studying each day, but I'm not so sure.

Is it usual to start from a lower point than the last retake? I am planning on sitting for June and October.

Re: American (sticker), CUA ($$$)

Updated to add that y'all have convinced me to retake. I have a lot more time to study now and have been making some incremental gains, which is encouraging. I should have mentioned that I applied this cycle but withdrew, so going through the process again is going to suck. I also shouldn't place so...

Re: American (sticker), CUA ($$$)

I've thrown thousands into test prep but still scored poorly. I think these are my best options.

Catholic it is, thanks :)

Re: American (sticker), CUA ($$$)

Sticker vs full ride, yes. I don't have the time/opportunity to delay another year. My current job is somewhat stable but I'm looking to get out of the business entirely.

American (sticker), CUA ($$$)

Completely flubbed the LSAT and am deciding between: American (sticker) or Catholic ($$$) I would love to retake but my job is all-consuming. I'd also love to find another job but I'm not sure what, if any, jobs will exist in ~2 months. Months of applying/interviewing before the pandemic did not lea...
