Re: Employment Statistics by School - C/O 2019 rolling out + C/O 2012-2017 data
Northwestern gets such a raw deal in these statistics. This year is -4.7%, but the great outcomes are actually probably UP. That 10% JD/MBA class really skews things, because the Kellogg MBA leads to some very nice gigs. Last year only 8 students went into JD advantage roles. This year it was 21. I...

Re: LSL Veterans Thread
This should work for a bump as we head into application season. I've updated the spreadsheet for cost of attendance with 100% GI Bill and Yellow Ribbon at the top ~100 law schools. Re: Tips for Coffee Chats?
My goal for coffee chats was to seem (and be) genuinely interested in their practice & story, and to come off as mostly relaxed and affable. You don't want to seem thirsty at these types of things. When asking questions that might otherwise be on the website or to which you already know the overarch...

Re: Employment Statistics by School - C/O 2018 rolling out + C/O 2012-2017 data
That'll wrap it up for this cycle. There are no schools that have hit 10% in any of the last 9 years that I haven't checked. Here are some interesting year-by-year stats on totals from all schools that have hit 10% at least once since 2010:

Re: Employment Statistics by School - C/O 2018 rolling out + C/O 2012-2017 data
Also, Northwestern just released their JD-MBA numbers separately, and it's by far the largest percentage of BL folks in that crowd in at least 8 years (21/27 in 100+ firms). So, for the first time in a long time (maybe ever), NU's BL+FC percentage actually dropped when you remove the JD-MBA's from ...
