Not ignoring it in the least. I'm just willing to see that an industrialized economy necessarily creates interstate markets in commodities, including wheat, meat, and milk. Dude wanted to opt out of market regulation by pretending his wheat wasn't part of the market, even though his competitors in ...

Hi! We have 25,000 members here, at least a dozen of which are not looking for administration. That's an inside joke Wustl grad here. If you're getting an interview, you're probably in. It seems like those interviews are mostly to convince you to attend rather than to vet you. Happy to take questions.

Side note - When you get an assignment, get a deadline. Nothing worse than pushing something to the back burner because it sounded like a non-priority and then having a partner ask why the hell he doesn't have it yet.

Firms vary on whether they do background checks or not, so I doubt anybody can help you without knowing what firm you're applying to. Unless you're confident that you can get both DUIs entirely erased, they're going to be there no matter what if the firm does a background check so what's the harm i...

It doesn't have to be a list, it's as simple as the offended partner emailing HR or the hiring partner and saying "don't hire this person". It can and does happen. Wait do most partners keep such a list then ? Do associates pass it to partners? I think the idea isn't that there's some blacklist out...

Check out lawschooltransparency.com. LST gives New York Law School an employment score of 50.6%. This means that 50.6% got full time jobs that required passing the bar within nine months of graduation, meaning that 49.4% were not working as lawyers. That's a coin flip.

LSAC doesn't care what your college says your GPA is. They are going to recalculate it using their own method based on the credits and grades shown on the transcript(s).

Small and medium firms will almost all require as many hours as large firms but pay less and have fewer exit options. They will lie and talk about work life balance. They're lying.

That's interesting-I would have thought the opposite honestly. So u do see insurance companies being more stingy paying bills than other clients? Or is it more that they just want thorough documentation and shit? Also curious what sort of claims you focus on, but understand if you'd rather not shar...
