If you're content to stay in your job for another year, I would reapply. Or if H is your goal you can always just email them and ask if you can apply after their deadline (no, really). But if you reapply next year you'd probably get better outcomes.

Right now I would focus on nailing the LSAT. Working full time + running a non profit is plenty to avoid raising red flags, and even a few extra points on the LSAT are going to matter far more than anything else you could do with that time.
