Sorry for double post but anyone know of any online flashcards for community property. This stuff is so specific and particular.
No, but don't do this. Just cram the most commonly tested community property essays your bar prep provides you. Texas repeats the same subjects every year.

Good luck to everyone that's going to be taking it. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. The best advice I can give you is to not stress the essays but memorize the different prompts your bar prep gives you.

Re: Feb 18 MBE Scores Hit New All-Time Low

Can't speak to the essays because my state has its own, but yeah the MBE was kinda funky. I don't think particularly hard, necessarily? But there was relatively few questions i was 100% sure of and a lot of "well i haven't seen quite exactly this before but i think it would be x" This was my though...

I passed!! 157.9 MBE 146 Written! Results aren't supposed to come out for Oregon until 2pm tomorrow, but I live 5 minutes away from the Oregon state bar and I guess I got my letter a day early. I don't know my breakdown yet because I've only got the letter, NCBE hasn't posted my scores. I said contract, because isn't the general rule that buyer has equitable title at contract? Hence why they're on the hook when the house burns down before they get the deed.

You are going to pass quite easily.
Here's hoping we all do, godspeed.

Have you posted the preceding question? From looking at the question, I am pretty sure I've seen it -- is it from barbri? Pretty sure the answer is C, because the "time the document takes effect" will vary depending whether the document is a will or an inter vivos transfer. For wills, the date is t...

I'm interested to hear about a typical day in a lit boutique if any of our rock star litigators would mind sharing. I don't think a regular day has been anything worth noting. I usually get to work between 8:30-9:30 depending on traffic and whether there's morning work to be done, do all the usual ...

Just a bit of advice, UT's matching program is where they give most of their scholarship money.
Are you referring to the negotiation document linked above, or something else?
Do they not still do the matching program? They matched my offer dollar for dollar from another school.
