No, not necessarily, because again, it’s a ridiculous proposition. Your resume isn’t magically stronger because you somehow got involved in more things than you reasonably should that would allow you to show any abilities in those ECs. Winning a big mock trial comp is infinitely better than doing 3...

No chance, right?

Hi All:

Quick question: you can't get a SCOTUS clerkship with median grades from a T-2 no matter who recs you, right? I've heard anecdotal stories from folks at my school about some individuals who managed to pull it off but I just don't believe it.
