The better start sending admission decisions NOW!! Lol
It should be next week, right? It looks like they start issuing RD decisions in the third week of January.

Re: Berkeley c/o 2022 Applicants

Have they sent instructions for logging into the admitted students website? The packet that they sent said that they had sent the instructions already, but I don't think that's correct. At least, I can't find any information in my email about how to log in.

Re: Penn c/o 2022 Applicants

Got in yesterday :) The director of admissions called me while I was working in lab. I didn't think I had a real shot at Penn!

Re: Berkeley c/o 2022 Applicants

Admitted people, are you all doing the Supplemental Gift Aid questionnaire? Yep! I filled it out almost immediately. I have little idea about how much aid I can expect, since MyLSN told me that I basically had no chance of admittance in the first place  I wonder how long it will be before they...

Re: Vanderbilt c/o 2022

Thanks for the info. Yeah, it was much longer than I was expecting, but I learned a lot about the profession and about law school!

Re: Vanderbilt c/o 2022

Does Vanderbilt notify you somehow after your interview is complete? I know that the interviewer has to submit some kind of written review, but I'm not sure if that shows up in the status checker somewhere.

My interview was last week and lasted 2.5h. The guy was nice. It's nothing to stress about.

Re: Duke c/o 2022 Applicants

I'm supposed to hear back about my PT application by tonight. I'm super nervous! I've been seeing people accepted in 8 days recently, but it took them the full 10 to process my application. I hope that's not a bad sign!

Re: Law School Financial Hell

This happened to me at the beginning of grad school. I took out a loan with my credit union. It sucks to have to deal with stuff like this right as you're starting an already-stressful graduate or professional program.

Re: THE Sacred LSL Admissions Decision Ashram

Hello there! Back in the saddle again! Thank you for the advice! I'm planning to finish my PhD this spring, and so that's why I'm applying in this upcoming cycle. I have heard that many or most people become patent agents before they are patent attorneys. I've even heard that law firms sometimes he...

Got it. I do have work experience and ties to the area, but it does look like I might otherwise be borderline for their ED. Thanks for preemptively crushing my dreams. I'll apply to NU ED and hope for the best!

Re: THE Sacred LSL Admissions Decision Ashram

Thanks for your reply, Stranger! I have to say, my heart dropped when you said that I might not be competitive for NU ED. I only thought I was because of this , but maybe that sample is not representative. I'd really like to go to NU, though. I'm definitely going to apply early, and apply to WashU ...

Re: THE Sacred LSL Admissions Decision Ashram

Hello there! This is my first time posting here. I’m going to be applying in this upcoming cycle. I’m 3.5/172. I want to do IP biglaw out of law school, and maybe go in-house later down the road. I’m in grad school right now, and so my big soft is that I’ll have a chemistry PhD by the time I start l...
