Re: Feeder Judge Rankings

Wonder if any of Trump's judges will emerge as strong feeders in the coming years. Katsas already seems to be feeding like mad to Thomas (for whom he clerked).

Re: Harvard Students and Grads Taking Questions

Context: I may be getting married in December. Question: Does anyone have experience finding a housing arrangement for just the fall term? Given that I hope/expect to be married before the beginning of the winter term, I will want to find a different housing arrangement and live with my future wife ...

My friend is a 3L at Harvard and he told me that he got a book when he was admitted. I haven't gotten mine yet, though.

Go to CLS for free and get good grades and I can't think of any reason you'd be at all less competitive for the kind of jobs you want than if you went to Harvard and got good grades.

Re: UVA c/o 2021 Applicants (2017-2018)

It’s also a huge stretch to assume that UVA is lowballing liberal admits on financial aid. Even though UVA is one of the more conservative T13s, it still very very likely has a liberal leaning student body - perhaps decently so. Yea, not a conservative bone in my body, and got good money from UVA. ...

Sort of. Mine wasn't really an essay. More just paragraphs. I also included a list of books I read over the past year.
why?
Because I spent a lot of my free time reading.

By the time I'm done with it, the...

Stephen Breyer is a good candidate for True Neutral as well.
I'd call him more of a Neutral Good, but I can see him going either way.
