Just out of curiosity, posters kept emphasizing the "transactional" aspect of OPs goals, but would this be different if they were talking about litigation?

I don't think your question makes sense. International law isn't a single coherent practice area such that you could compare outcomes in the way you propose. Any opinions on Kraakman for Corporations or Murray for Evidence? These are the only two sections of those classes with seats available.
