Re: Harvard Students and Grads Taking Questions

How are Research Assistants paid during the summer at HLS? Are they paid? I haven't nailed down an internship yet (though I'm still looking) but I asked a professor and they said that they would have me as a RA. Does funding come from a central HLS office, or just out of the professor's pocket?

Re: Harvard Students and Grads Taking Questions

Any speculation on whether a 1H/4P 1L who just goes C/F on all (or almost all) their second semester classes will be in a tough spot? Will law firms still just count the Hs, thus making going C/F an unwise choice?

Re: Harvard Students and Grads Taking Questions

Would it be worth it to do a sub-cite this spring for a journal (as a 1L) for EIP purposes? I don't have any other law school activities, but have a fair number of post-college resume lines.

Re: Harvard Students and Grads Taking Questions

Anyone know how many LPs Rubenstein usually gives out for CivPro? I didn't allocate my time that well and didn't mention everything I should have, only got like 3,800 words down. Should I be worried?

Re: Harvard Students and Grads Taking Questions

Anyone get an H in LRW despite having some typos/orthography mistakes? For some reason my eyes didn't catch them the first time around, but today I saw them. Can good research/structure override some errors, or do only super polished essays stand a chance at an H?
