Do a lot of Harvard law students grill their meals?
In my 3.5 years (joint degree), I neither grilled a meal nor saw anyone else grilling a meal.
That is both mind blowing and troubling.

Thanks all, and thanks for the offer, quiver -- I went with firm 1, pending conflicts / etc. Will report back in a year or two, if there is still a legal industry by then.
Best of luck and congrats!

I’ve heard great things about 9th Circuit Judge N.R. Smith. Not sure he is a feeder judge, but a great jurist.

Solo criminal defense here. AMA. Could open a bail bond company as entity separate from your firm (and not run afoul of ethical rules)? If you could, have you considered it? Why or why not? Do you work in any other practice areas or 100% criminal defense? What is the most common charge you defend a...

Just checking in to say Iowa (the state) is awesome and ending up in Iowa or staying in Iowa would be great from a quality of life perspective. Grew up in Iowa and visit fairly frequently, and I can't endorse this statement more. Where do you live now Sinoper? Will you ever make it back to Iowa? I’...

I'm about to make the switch from Plaintiff's PI to field counsel for a big carrier. Easy's job sounds a lot better than my current job. High-volume firm with shitty support staff and a lunatic boss. I've been working from 8:45/9ish to 6:45/7ish for almost a year now out of law school with shit pay...

From the info you have, it doesn't sound like the injuries were anything too significant, so $50k+ sounds like a huge win.
