I'm a 3L currently applying for 2023 clerkships. (I'm in a joint degree program so I won't be available to clerk before then). A judge I'm very interested in has an open OSCAR post for 2022. I know that some judges are flexible about terms or will sometimes consider people for the year after the one they're currently hiring for. Would it be worth throwing my hat in the ring? If so, how should I approach my cover letter? Thanks for the help!
